Monte Mangia is a trendy fashionable sandwich bar located in downtown Redwood City. We were inspired to create this new image given the changing dynamics of the market- more high tech professionals were establishing businesses or finding homes in the area. The Monte Mangia look inspired neighborhood merchants to renovate their businesses and upgrade their look to meet the new standard. Redwood City has been working hard to make the neighborhood more beautiful. Applications of Monte Mangia included its retail identity, brand collateral, interior and exterior design.

On 25 October 1999, Monte Mangia was awarded the winner of the 1999 Mayor's Beautification Awards, in the category of most unique space in commercial.
