Senior Graphic and Web Designer 
      The 
        Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and developing concepts 
        and designs for clients, prospective clients, and corporate collaterals 
        and presentations. Key responsibilities include the following:  
      
       
       
        -  Manage the day-to-day design operations, schedules, 
          project deadlines and outputs of the teams;
 
        -  
          Implement quality control procedures, stream-line production/ 
          design process to ensure error-free final outputs (graphic design and 
          prepress check-off systems)
 
        -  
          Assist the Creative Director in obtaining greater knowledge in 
          skills to match with changing high-tech environment (i.e. website development, 
          3D rendering programs, marketing
 
        -   
          Conceptualize, design, and finalize outputs of creative teams 
          on key branding projects and collaterals 
 
        -  
           Design interactivity and flash animation on key 
          multi-media projects 
 
        -  
           Coordinate with the New Business Development 
          to develop presentation materials and assist in the presentation to 
          prospective clients. 
 
       
      
      
      The 
        Senior Graphic Designer must have at least 4 years experience in identity/branding 
        development, conceptualization, and design, and should be able to demonstrate 
        skills in various identity applications, such as packaging, interior, 
        trade booths, and multimedia projects. The candidate must also be adept 
        in multi-media applications, particularly Flash, Dreamweaver, Adobe Illustrator 
        and Photoshop. The candidate should have at least 3+ years experience 
        in managing projects and teams, and the ability to communicate and execute 
        presentations for clients, partners, and the community.
