Receptionist/Administrative Assistant 
      The 
        receptionist/office assistant is responsible for providing the IMLogo 
        customer service to clients, vendors, and partners: Key responsibilities 
        include:  
      
       
       
        -   Coordination of telephone, mail, email communication, 
          inquiries and routing; 
 
        -  
           Coordination and liaison of temporary agency 
          needs for satellite offices · Preparation of forms, agreements, contracts 
          
 
        -  
           Preparation of corporate events, meetings and 
          office activities 
 
        -  
           Management and supervision of office requirements 
          
 
        -  
           Assist Graphic Design Department as required 
          
 
       
      
      
      The 
        candidate must be a recent college graduate, or have years of experience 
        in a related field, proficiency in basic computer applications (word, 
        excel), particularly using Mac, highly developed organizational skills, 
        good analytical skills, detail-oriented, excellent oral and written communication 
        skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Temp-to-hire, and permanent 
        positions available. Candidates must be available to interview in our
