Office Manager/Project Coordinator 
      The 
        Office Manager/Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth 
        operations in the office, enabling the timely delivery and billing of 
        projects, as well as office requirements. Key responsibilities include: 
         
      
       
       
        -   Manage and coordinate jobs with Creative Department 
          to ensure deadlines are met 
 
        -  
           Interact with customers regarding project status 
          and scope 
 
        -  
           Liaise with Administaff on personnel issues 
 
        -  
           Develop recruitment and internship programs with 
          schools 
 
        -  
           Prepare requests for purchase orders, research 
          on vendors 
 
        -  
           Prepare agreements (subcontractor and sales contracts) 
          
 
        -  
           Prepare invoices and monitor payments, liaise 
          with book keeper/ accountant 
 
       
      
      
      The 
        candidate must be a college graduate, or have years of experience in administrative 
        management, supported by strong proficiencies in computer applications. 
        We are looking for an independent, multi-tasked, highly organized, customer-oriented 
        individual, who is creative in solving solutions, and can trouble-shoot/manage 
        situations. The candidate must also have excellent oral and written communication 
        skills, presentation skills, and good people skills.
