Creative Director 
      The 
        Creative Director is responsible for creating the vision, setting the 
        goals, and management of the creative energies of the graphic design team. 
        The Director ensures the consistency of high quality image designs, articulating 
        the IMLogo brand in all client projects and applications. Key responsibilities 
        include the following:  
      
       
       
        -  
           Spearhead the creative conceptualization of key 
          identity and branding projects; 
 
        -  
           
          Provide guidance, mentoring, and direction to the graphic 
          design team on multiple projects and at various stages of design; 
 
        -  
           
          Hire, train, motivate, and supervise the graphic design 
          teams. 
 
        -  
           
          Develop and update strategic plans and goals of the graphic 
          design team 
 
              -  Acquire the latest technologies, tools, and trends in interactive 
                design and multimedia applications. 
 
       
      
      
      The 
        Creative Director must have at least 7 years knowledge and experience 
        in identity/branding development, conceptualization, and design, and should 
        be able to demonstrate skills in various identity applications, such as 
        packaging, interior, trade booths, and multimedia projects. The candidate 
        must also have 5+ years experience in managing, training, and motivating 
        creative teams, and a proven track record of achieving team goals.
